Amber M. Hallmark has joined the staff of Brooks-Jeffrey
Computer Store where she provides customer assistance and
tech support. Mrs. Hallmark has seven years of experience
in customer service and technical support for hardware, software,
and connectivity.
Shannon Brooks, co-owner of the store, said
Mrs. Hallmark’s duties include meeting customers, scheduling
technicians, and providing technical support for residential
customers.
A graduate of Viola High School and Arkansas State University
in Jonesboro, Mrs. Hallmark earned a Bachelor of Science in
Management Information Systems: Data and Telecommunications
in 2004.
"I wanted to return to this area to be close to my family
in Viola, and BJCS offered me a great opportunity to work
with computers and new technology," she said.
Mrs. Hallmark, her husband, Rodney, and daughter, Kailey,
relocated from Jonesboro last October. In her leisure time,
she enjoys sports and outdoor activities as well as family
time.
Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store is a division of Brooks-Jeffrey
