Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store Certified to Do Dell Warranty Work

Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store has become a certified provider of warranty parts for Dell computers, co-owner Shannon Brooks has announced. Staff computer technicians at Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store met all requirements for “Dell Warranty Parts Direct” certification.

“We can now provide warranty work at a customer’s location or in our store, depending on the type of warranty the Dell owner has,” she explained.

Technicians at Brooks-Jeffrey are certified on the following Dell systems: Dimension^TM and OptiPlex^TM desktops, Precision^TM Workstations, Dell Notebooks, Dell Servers and Storage, and Dell Laser Printers. The company works directly with Dell to get replacement parts needed.

If any area resident purchased a Dell computer at another retailer or even online, and it fails, the owner may contact Brooks-Jeffrey to provide warranty work. Ms. Brooks advised the Dell owners of the area to call with their service tag number and warranty info. If they do not have those items, “We can look them up for you,” Brooks said. “We can find their warranty information and help them resolve any problems.”

Technicians at Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store can diagnose the problem, determine what repair is needed, and apply the warranty benefits. She said the store technicians, at the customer’s request, are able to provide additional services that are rarely covered by warranty, such as data recovery.
