Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store Now Microsoft 'Partner'

Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store is now a Microsoft Certified Partner for 2007 and 2008, gaining recognition for technical excellence and impact on customers through Microsoft products and services, according to co-owner Shannon Brooks.
A Microsoft company official, Allison Watson, vice president of the Worldwide Partners Group at Microsoft explained, “Only companies that have demonstrated high levels of customer service, proved their experience, and attained advanced certification receive the designation of Microsoft Certified Partner.”
Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store, as a Microsoft Certified Partner, has access to Microsoft Solutions software to assist customers with any problems they may experience, said store manager, Brian Lane. The store also achieved the Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency, earning additional tools and resources, as well as being listed in the partner directories with the networking infrastructure competency. The designation indicates that Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store is proficient in solutions for Microsoft servers and networks.
