Lane obtains Windows Vista® certification
Brian Lane
Brian Lane, manager of the Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store, has qualified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Vista Configuration. Lane also is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
After obtaining Windows Vista certification on a self-paced and hands-on basis, Lane said the public was slow to adopt Vista, and there is still some wrong perception of the operating system by the public. “But, it is a very stable and compatible operating system now,” Lane said. He added that Windows Vista has many new features with the most important being it is the most secure version of Windows yet.
Lane said Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store certified technicians who work onsite for customers are committed to resolving any problems before they leave the site. “Our staff is fully trained and certified to repair all brands of computers,” he said.
