Chris Francis Joins Staff of Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store

Christopher W. Francis joined Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store as commercial customer specialist recently. Francis helps businesses with quotes, plans, and implementation of computer systems and networks, said Shannon Brooks, co-owner of Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store.

A resident of the area since 2005, Francis previously resided in California, where he completed college and worked for Pacific Data Management in San Jose for almost 10 years. He is also a co-owner of The Dinner Bell in Mountain Home.

Francis is a 1989 graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. He then studied political science at the University of Cologne in Germany and worked as internship program coordinator for Stanford’s Overseas Study Center in Berlin, Germany for three years, returning to California in 1996.

Francis and his wife Victoria are parents of four children, ages nine to one year, and attend Twin Lakes Baptist Church. He enjoys hobbies of writing, online gaming, and martial arts.

Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store is at 19 Medical Plaza, a block off Hospital Drive, and is a Microsoft Certified Partner, a certified provider of Dell warranty parts, and services all computer brands for area residents and businesses. Certified technicians install, repair, and service PCs and Macs onsite or in the store. They install Windows and Linux networks, service laser printers, provide software training, Web site construction and maintenance.
