David A. Haskins of Mountain Home, Web application developer and database administrator at Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing and Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store, has earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science and engineering from Mississippi State University at Starkville. Haskins has worked in the Internet department at Brooks-Jeffrey for one year, completing his bachelor's degree simultaneously.

At Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing, Haskins designs and implements "easy content management systems" for Web site owners who wish to administer and update their sites without having an extensive knowledge of programming.
