Fred
Tenny, a computer network administrator, recently joined
the staff of Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store. Tenny gained
nearly five years of network administration experience with
a San Diego company between 2001 and mid-2006, when he relocated
to this area with his wife, Deana.
Tenny is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Windows
NT 4.0, Microsoft Certified Professional on Windows 2000,
and an A+ Certified Computer Technician.
In addition to network administration work, Tenny worked
11 years in desktop and laptop support, commercial and home
environment hardware and software installations, and network
configuration in the Kansas City area.
Shannon Brooks, co-owner of Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store,
said, "We are very pleased to have Fred working with us.
He specializes in maintaining and servicing a number of commercial
networks for area businesses, medical offices, and retail
operations. Fred also services individual customers as the
need arises."
Tenny, who enjoys hiking, kayaking, disc golf, and photography
as pastimes, said repairing PCs is a challenging and always
changing career.
