with Dell support and they told me I needed a new video card. Yeah...like

something to me.
I talked to your service group rep - she
was delightful as well as informed. She knew exactly what I needed
and had it in stock. I called at 3:50; the tech was ringing my doorbell
by 4:15. Unbelievable service!
