October 10th our computer crashed and after speaking to Chris, we decided to have the Computer Store evaluate the problem.
We want to send a great big thanks to John in Tech support. Every time I called for an update, he provided accurate, understandable information. He remained very patient with me when explaining details. Because the hard ware is in good condition, we opted to repair rather than replace. John remained diligent in completing the task, reloaded windows, saved all our files/info as well as installing new CD/DVD hardware and anti-virus soft ware.
We picked up the computer yesterday and after assistance from Brandon and Shawnna to get on line and re-establish an email connection we are back in business! (By the way, a shout out to Mark, who on Thursday morning read through my emails for us - 3 leads, one booked!)

and grandchildren - the ones that live in town and out of town.
For Christmas, my daughter wanted to buy me a new computer. We bought

with Dell support and they told me I needed a new video card. Yeah...like

I talked to your service group rep - she
was delightful as well as informed. She knew exactly what I needed
and had it in stock. I called at 3:50; the tech was ringing my doorbell
by 4:15. Unbelievable service!
