To help protect our employees, customers and community during this national emergency related to COVID-19, we have implemented a number of changes to our business operation, including:
Lobby and Store Closed to Public Traffic
While we're busy serving our valued customers on the phone and online, effective Friday, March 20th, we are closing our lobby to the public until further notice.
Remote and Phone Service Available to All Website, Marketing and Computer Service Customers
We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We will continue to provide remote support online and by phone for website, email and computer service customers (both commercial and residential customers) throughout the U.S.
Local, Emergency Service for Established, Commercial Clients
As possible, in addition to computer service via phone and remote service, we will provide on-site computer service for established commercial clients in our home region. Our technicians will practice social distancing and utilize masks, disposable gloves, disposable shoe covers, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer while on site.

Product Sales with Fast UPS / USPS Delivery Available
In addition to phone and remote service and support, we will continue to provide product and computer sales by phone or online/email. Your purchases will be shipped via UPS or USPS. To place an order, please call us at 800.506.8064. MasterCard and Visa accepted.
Phone Lines Open
Your calls to us will continue to be answered and addressed promptly. Our phone lines are open from
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through Friday. In addition, our existing website customers can continue to count on our 24/7 service for CMS and email support. While many of our employees are working from home, incoming calls to our switchboard will be easily transferred to an experienced, capable staff member to handle your request.
