COVID-19 Update

To help protect our employees, customers and community during this national emergency related to COVID-19, we have implemented a number of changes to our business operation, including:

Curbside Pickup and Drop-off Available. Outside service available while our lobby is closed.
We offer no-contact curbside pickup and drop-off. We also have a covered, open-air area that allows us to meet with you while maintaining 6'+ of social distance. Our technician will wear a mask and gloves while meeting with you. A disposable mask will be provided to those customers who need one. Please call us from your vehicle and we'll meet you and, upon request, carry equipment.

If you wish to meet with our technician in the open-air area, please confirm:

  • No one in your home or office has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

  • No one in your home or office has COVID-19 symptoms (including a fever)

  • No one in your home or office has had confirmed exposure to a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days

Remote and Phone Service Available to All Website, Marketing and Computer Service Customers
We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We will continue to provide remote support online and by phone for website, email and computer service customers (both commercial and residential customers) throughout the U.S.

Local Service for Established Clients
As possible, in addition to computer service via phone and remote service, we will provide on-site computer service for established clients in our home region. Our technicians will practice social distancing and utilize masks, disposable gloves, disposable shoe covers, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer while on site. To secure an on-site appointment with our technician, please confirm:

  • No one in your home or office has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

  • No one in your home or office has COVID-19 symptoms (including a fever)

  • No one in your home or office has had confirmed exposure to a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days

Our technician will need 6' of space while working on site.

Our technician will wear a mask, gloves and shoe covers. We ask that all people who will be within 10 feet of the technician wear a mask as well.

Product Sales with Fast UPS / USPS Delivery Available

You may pickup your computer purchases in our outdoor service area or curbside. Or, we will be happy to ship your purchases via UPS or USPS. To place an order, please call us at 800.506.8064. MasterCard and Visa accepted.

We will gladly carry your purchases to your vehicle for your convenience. If you wish to speak with a technician in person, we will meet you by appointment in our covered, open-air meeting area that provides 6'+ of social distance. Our technician will wear a mask and gloves while meeting with you. A disposable mask will be provided to those customers who need one. Please call ahead for these appointments or call us from your vehicle and we'll meet you and, upon request, carry equipment.

Phone Lines Open
Your calls to us will continue to be answered and addressed promptly. Our phone lines are open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through Friday. While many of our employees are working from home, incoming calls to our switchboard will be easily transferred to an experienced, capable staff member to handle your request.
