As I began filling out the survey given to me after recent repairs to my computer, I realized that a survey is insufficient to capture my repeated experience with the staff at BJCS.
I confess I'm not very computer-literate, so the problems I have periodically with my computer always loom larger than they might for someone who knows more about the technology. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am, therefore, to have "found" BJCS and its wonderful, wonderful staff.
Over the course of two or three years, I've worked with several staff members. Their customer service is the best. I've had my questions answered in a way that I can actually understand the answers. My computer has nearly always been fixed right away - but, if not, the technicians will stay at it until it is.
When Shawwna said the other day that they all want what's best for the customer, I had to agree and add that they're the best.
It is such a genuine pleasure doing business with Brooks-Jeffrey Computer Store and I am so grateful that such a place exists. Hang on to that wonderful staff of yours. They're truly amazing.
